Disaster Interventions — Infographic
Kanel (2019) refers to disasters in two categories: natural disasters and man-made disasters. Clients who experience a disaster may benefit from interventions that are tailored to the specific type of disaster. You will create two infographics, one of a natural disaster and the other of a man-made disaster. Include responses to the following in an infographic
Describe each of the categories and the type of disaster you have chosen from each category.
Interventions that may be used on a community level for this type of disaster
Interventions that may be used on an individual level for this type of disaster
Describe the concepts of PTSD, Trauma-Informed Care, and Critical Incident Debriefing as related to working with victims of disasters.
Each infographic should be 2 pages in length with images. Provide support for your statements with in-text citations. Include at least one credible source in addition to the required material.
These are the recommended material, but I need at least ONE credible source in addition to the ones I am providing.
