The Excel and Access files already have some examples of the metrics such as “total likes_count” etc. Explain how you would use Excel or Access technologies to answer the following questions:
How did the total likes_count (sum of all likes) change from 2012 to 2013, 2013 to 2014, 2014 to 2015, and 2015 to 2016 for Apple? How did it change for Wal-Mart? Discuss your answer with justification and how you used the technology to answer this question.

Likes that Apple Received/(Likes for Apple + Likes for Walmart + Likes for Amazon)
Express this ratio as a percentage.
5. If your organization has a social media presence for the products/services it offers, would you follow the “Apple” model or the “Wal-Mart” model for building social media presence? Justify your answer based on like_count, angry_count analysis in earlier questions.
