In this course, you are working closely with your Chair to ensure you have clarified and aligned your problem, purpose, and research questions of Chapter 1. Chapter 1 gives you the foundation to then build out the research plan and review of literature in tandem during DIS-9902x. The alignment for your research approach as described in Chapter 1 is critical to completing Chapter 3. Work with your Chair to ensure you understand any challenges you have in getting these Chapter 1 components aligned and use the resources in the course to assist you. Chapter Submission: If you have not already submitted your work for your Committee to review a second time, you will be required to do so by at the end of this week. Refer to the Chapter Submission Instructions found in the Course Requirements section of the course to submit your Chapter for Committee review. Remember to incorporate into your revised work any feedback from your Committee meeting. You also will need to submit a copy of your work to the week’s assignment Dropbox. You must receive at least a Meets on all assessment criteria for Chapter 1 by the end of this course to progress to DIS-9902A. If you receive a Does Not Meet on any assessment criteria for Chapter 1, you will be enrolled in the second supplementary 8-week course, DIS-9901C. Dropbox Assignment(s): In the Week 5 Dropbox, submit your current draft Chapter 1 in the Dissertation Template. You should have edited at least two sections of Chapter 1. Submit your Dissertation Revision Timeline that will include the resources that you will use to help you on each section of Chapter 1 that is not met. Refer to your timeline and checkoff your accomplishments.
You HAVE TO COMBINE ALL THE MARKUP NOTES ALL IN ONE DOCUMENT FOR CHAPTER 1 AND MAKE THE CORRECTIONS FROM THE MARKUP NOTES IN THE SAME FILE. YOUR GOING TO WORK IN THE DOCUMENT NAMED 10.21.24 AND ADD ALL OF THE OTHER MARK UP NOTES IN THAT FILE 10.21.24
