You will also include your growing understanding of the chosen population and how best to work with this group in social work practice. You will integrate concepts, theories, and research about the chosen cultural group, as well as evaluate your own cultural competencies in working with this group. Additionally, you need to develop a plan to increase your cultural awareness and improve your professional interactions with culturally diverse groups.
