Purpose
Now that you have studied the four primary construction delivery methods used today, it’s time to for you to do some additional research and showcase your understanding of each method via a formal research paper. Your time spent researching and writing is a great investment, as it will strengthen your overall understanding and mastery of each delivery method.
Instructions
Complete the following steps:
Using word processing software of your choice (i.e. Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.) start and save a new file titled “M05 Research Paper.”
Write two paragraphs covering the items listed below for each of the four primary delivery methods (for a total of eight paragraphs.)Describe the delivery method, summarizing how it works in practice.
Discuss the type of contract(s) used for the delivery method.
Outline how contract changes are handled for the delivery method.
Summarize the pros and cons of the delivery method.
Research is required for this paper, so please include your research references.For this paper please do not cite your textbook as a source, find new sources.

Grading
Your Research Paper grade will include the following considerations:
Completion of 8 paragraphs, two per delivery method
Accuracy–your descriptions and definitions of each method are accurate.
Comprehension–evidence that you have expanded your understanding of each method
Observations–pros and cons of each delivery method clearly listed
Communication–your writing is clear, academic, free of typos and glaring errors.
References–include at least two scholarly/professional references (not including your textbook).
